    6% and under in real life is something rare to see, even in prepped guys running copious amounts of gear.

    What u dont want is to run a dieuretic and lose all ur nutrients with the water just to find urself looking smooth and unfinished on the day of. I did that. Push water 7 days before and give urself 3-5 days to carb back up slowly. I should've done that myself. U cant "carb up" from total depletion in 24hrs or less. Impossible.

    Yeah its not so bad. You figure it this way. Lets say ur 160lbs @ 14% bf. Thats 24lbs of fat on ur body. U burn 10lbs of pure fat in 12 weeks now ur at 14lbs of fat at 150lbs, which lands at 9.3% bf. Thats without pushing the water out yet.

  5. Btw, the lack of sleep is NOT a good thing. Get Keto or L-DOPA, melatonin or whatever u can to get that sleep!

    You wont keep ur muscle mass without proper sleep and before all else it should be priority...

  6. Your quads have come a long way from when I first started hanging in your thread, brosef. Arms & chest have come up well too, but quads take the cake.

    Are you for sure not running any hormones, correct? If you did, I'd absolutely avoid Dienelone in favor of Trenavar - Tvar is straight up drier from every log I've ever read (& pics I've seen).

    FP can go into this with better knowledge for sure, but my understanding is T3 has a lot of synergy with trenbolone.

    I've been using 5mg ambien the last few nights to sleep.. Not the best, but just until my sleep pattern comes back around.

  10. Tyga legs are looking good man nice sweep. You ever consider running 11-kt? The only time I have ever had an all out 6 pack was on that stuff. If I was ever to do a show I would be running that no question.

    I haven't. Isn't the basic function of 11 keto to block cortisol, and help with visceral fat? I'm using evomuse's abliterate ammo @dsade right now, when this runs out I may give iron legions product a shot.

  14. Week four update:

    So over the last 2 weeks coach has me cycling carbs and fats.. Also this week added 2- 30 min cardio sessions.. And the results are.........

    Down another 3 lbs this week!!! This makes a total of 10.5lbs entering the end of my fourth week . I honestly can believe it, it feels like all fat and my strength and size are holding good if not increasing.. I'm sitting at 215.5 this morning with 12 weeks to go, if I get to around 200 lbs I'm going to look shredded..

  28. I used the 1 scoop of Quake today, I really like it! It was a really cool brain/stim buzz and it came on so subtle. Anymore I really don't like to be cracked out of my mind, I used to, the higher the stim the better. Now all I care about is that it wakes me up and gets me in the zone to lift cause I have to lift in the morning. The focus was the next. My rests were so short today and it wasn't cause I was stimmed out and couldn't sit still but just cause I was in the zone! Can't wait to try the 1.5 scoops tomorrow. I'm going to hit some arms up so I'll let you guys know how it goes!

    Thanks ! I'm glad you liked the sample 1.5 is even nicer!! I agree that the focus is really the shining point here, I get an awesome mind/muscle connection.

  30. Things are going well in here. Congrats on the success with the coach Caz! Are you planning on having him diet you out of the diet too once you reach your goals? I really would. I know a lot about nutrition but having a coach reverse diet me out of my cut has really taught me a ton about the process. With my current knowledge and experience in nutrition adding this to the knowledgebase will be a massive factor. For me a former fatty the process of adding calories always backfired using the traditional bulking or cutting diets... Cutting is pretty easy but eating just enough to grow without gaining fat is an art and can not be done via paint by the numbers. You have to go through it and experience it to grasp it completely. Well I did anyway. Since I never had any problems with gaining size I never had to eat for a bulk. I just relaxed my diet and added weight easily. However too much fat is added when done that way. So I had to go through it and I know for a fact I am a better body builder for having done so. Now we are into the minutia of it and i am seeing how to make changes and even telling my coach what I think just to see if I am on the right track and so far I seem to intuitively be making the same decisions that he would have me do. Which tells me I am getting a good grasp on this.
