Hey everyone I have always wondered what body parts are best to work the days prior to deads and squats?
Due to my work schedule I am forced to lift Monday through Friday where I usually take one day off in between for cardio and mobility work. My usual two days off are Tuesday and Thursday in which I devote to deads and squats.
What muscles should I be working on the days before I squat and dead lift without hindering those lifts due to DOMS. Monday the day prior to deads and back work I assume I wouldn't want to work on any lifts which would fatigue my biceps, would that be a good day for chest?
Wednesday the day before squats I assume I wouldn't want to work on my shoulders, would that be a good day to have off and then work shoulders on Friday the day after I do squats?
These are probably dumb questions but I would greatly appreciate your advice.
