    Does the cordygen work well? Thinking of picking some up myself for games...

    Yeah that gym is badass I envy that. He has a lot of explosive lifts going on, makes me feel out of shape maybe I could toss in some explosive supersets as well. Good job man

    I'm holding fat in the umbilical so its stress related.
    That's really all the fat left and it would be about 5lbs. If I get rid of that, ill be sub 10.

    If you see other pics, I have separation in quads, calves and I have the nice horse shoe for triceps and my orcs are so thin regarding fat u can't grab any skin...

    Just need this last bit of crap to go.... Any advice?

  29. Played full 90mins football last night in 1st grade.
    Then had 2 grilled chicken wraps and some berries.

    Just had gym
    6x2 x 90%1RM parallel box squat (160kg)
    SS
    4x4 Romanian DL 120kg

    Then accessory complex and core work
    Finished off with 5 half kneeling sprints
    Cover 20yards in 2.2seconds.
