    1 set at 82% being 165kg for 15 reps.

    Weighted Pull - ups : 4 x 10 x 25kg+BW
    1 set to failure at 82% : 7 reps 28kg+BW

    Complex 1:
    Chinese row - 2 x 12 x 30kg
    SS
    Half Kneeling O/H Press - 2 x 8 x 40kg

    FINISHER:
    This shiz really taxed me...

    Romanian Deadlift ss Bent over row ss ATG squat ss bench press
    all done with 60kg
    5 sets, 8 reps....

    Just left the fitness expo. Did a strongman deadlift.

    Smashed 186kg easily.

    I was only allowsd 2 lifts and blitzed it.

    back squat 4 x 10 x 130kg
    1 set to failure at 145kg (82%) 8 reps...farked as!!!!

    Pretty cool shyt bro. You're lucky as hell to have that gym equipment all to yourself! Work on your balance/push with the left side during bench though... So jelly about all that room you have there!

    Today's workout was a new program...higher conditioning...

    strength restitution
    Deadlift (conventional) 4 x 4 x 165kg (2mins rest)
    SS
    Weighted supine row 4 x 5 (BW + 30kg)

    complex 1 was trap and lat work
    Complex 2: accessories and barbell rollouts for core

    Conditioning:
    Various types of 15m sprints working on the take off and acceleration phase...need to get my second step in a better sprint position.
