I wish I was the handy type. Could save me a lot of money on the house.

  3. It's a scary feeling when you depress your brake pedal and it goes to the floor but the car doesn't slow down. Luckily it happened on a flat road (rare here) and I stopped with no further issues. Needless to say, no gym this morning. Going to pick up a new car today. Tired of dealing with this old thing.

Trial and error is how I've learned. I'm not good enough to charge for my work. It's fun learning though.

Mine is pretty ate up as well. I'm not gonna replace it though, I'm just gonna fix it for as long as I can keep it going.

that's when you need to cut holes in the floorboard and manually brake it, ala fred flintstone
plus - you get side benefit of working the legs, and if you have any callouses or roughness on your feet, they will be smooth as silk in short time

  7. Good to hear you were able to stop and that they didn't go out in a situation that required emergency braking.

I'm getting to a point where I just don't have the time to invest in it. I'll keep it but I need to get something more reliable to putt around in.

I have to keep my callouses for future use, otherwise your plan is legit.

Thanks. A lot of my commute is downhill. This morning could have been much worse.

I'm pretty sure reppin FF gives you superspy powers.
Is your car okay or did it burn to the ground? You're obviously safe since you were able to type out that your car caught fire.

It's totaled, which is ironic because I said yesterday that I wasn't gonna replace it lol.

Idk what happened, I parked it and left and then 15 minutes later someone comes running into cq saying there is a car on fire.

Chicken breast (pan fried in coconut oil) on a roll with Swiss, tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup and tapatio. I probably ate both of them, and possibly a third.

Dude, shltty. I hate when that happens. Better than coming out to the parking lot and it not being there at all (happened to my '08 gsxr 1000 on Bragg). Sorry to hear. Hope you get some new wheels soon.

  22. Eaten all the good foods still. Damnit

  23. Got a new car last night, left the house for Bean's contest about 30 minutes ago. Back in the gym tomorrow. Couldn't be happier.

  30. So, hiatus complete. Got a fully functioning vehicle and no relevant excuse to not be back in the gym. I may have put on some flab with the trip to Portland and the poor discretion as far as diet goes. No worries though, I know how to take it back off.
Bean's show was fun and I want to thank him and his family for how pleasant and welcoming they were to an outsider. That being said, he deserved much better than what he got, in my eyes, but I'm not a judge. I learned a lot from the show and I've decided that I'm going to grow a pair and step on stage myself. I don't know where or when, but it's going to happen.

MAX PUMP had me feeling very swollen at the end of my little workout, pumps were great. First time using the IGNITE2 and I was sweating my balls off. Great energy, and I had a great workout. Can't wait for tomorrow.
