It's a scary feeling when you depress your brake pedal and it goes to the floor but the car doesn't slow down. Luckily it happened on a flat road (rare here) and I stopped with no further issues. Needless to say, no gym this morning. Going to pick up a new car today. Tired of dealing with this old thing.

I don't have any cool gym stories to add since I'm rideless, so I'll add this.
Chicken breast (pan fried in coconut oil) on a roll with Swiss, tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup and tapatio. I probably ate both of them, and possibly a third.

Got a new car last night, left the house for Bean's contest about 30 minutes ago. Back in the gym tomorrow. Couldn't be happier.

So, hiatus complete. Got a fully functioning vehicle and no relevant excuse to not be back in the gym. I may have put on some flab with the trip to Portland and the poor discretion as far as diet goes. No worries though, I know how to take it back off.
Bean's show was fun and I want to thank him and his family for how pleasant and welcoming they were to an outsider. That being said, he deserved much better than what he got, in my eyes, but I'm not a judge. I learned a lot from the show and I've decided that I'm going to grow a pair and step on stage myself. I don't know where or when, but it's going to happen.

MAX PUMP had me feeling very swollen at the end of my little workout, pumps were great. First time using the IGNITE2 and I was sweating my balls off. Great energy, and I had a great workout. Can't wait for tomorrow.
