Yep, sure is. I have no complaints. Too bad DMAA is getting yanked. That changes the game a whole lot...

  3. So, I have a torn hammy. Not torn so bad that I need crutches, but torn bad enough to where I have a good size bruise on the back of my left leg. Great, just what I need at this point in my life. Guess I'll just give up and get fat again.

Bro, this is the perfect opportunity to let your inner meathead out.

Chest and bis, back and Tris, rest, repeat lol.

Leg days are for chumps anyway!

I'm able to put pressure down, but resistance in the form of curls is quite uncomfortable. It's somewhere between grades 1&2. I can run, but can't sprint. It's only one of the three muscles (biceps femoris) so the amount I'm limited has yet to be determined. I turned my 2 mile this morning in 13:09 so I'm not doing too bad.

Sounds like an eventful shift. Sometimes it's nice being a cronie.

If they're always dyin, why are they called LIVErs? Suspect.

  9. Alright, so I took my pt test this morning and maxed all three events, sh*tty hammy and all. I've decided not to give up on being shredded. As mentioned before, I turned my two-mile in 13:09, so things aren't all that bad. I could have done it faster, but it took a little time to loosen up in the beginning of the run. I normally run low to mid-twelves. Oh well.

Ha, if I could walk an incline for the APFT, I would,
But this morning I had to run for testing purposes. It wasn't so bad. I didn't cry or bleed, so I guess I'm not really hurt.

  14. Nice discoloration. Decent area spread. Could work for nighttime camouflage. I'll rate it a 7.6! Well done good sir. You will certainly receive a commendation for this!!!

It's got sand in it, still. Can you blame me? I like running. Maybe I'm just weird, but I actually do enjoy a good run. I like to challenge myself to better my last time.

Haha, words of encouragement. I have some pretty brutal pics of old injuries that are much worse than that pic. I've never messed up a hammy though, so this is new, and not welcome.

Thanks, but I'd rather have a PCS, as I've been maxed on awards since I was a specialist...364 days and counting.

The next month will be pretty strict for me, and I don't intend to cheat, not even on the weekends. srs?

well in your case brother, you were lamenting your hammy issue, and said you guess you'll just have to get fat again
    (ie - timeout)

so i'm the pitcher in this scenario, and basically i'm saying I ain't hearing that shyte, get back in the damn box
and then, I commence to throw at you for being foolish to call a timeout

    sheesh..kids
you raise them, send them to school for an education..and this is how they turn out, clueless

Had to log in on the computer to get the full effect, the video doesn't show up on the phone (it's just an image). Dude even insulted him further by hitting him with a slider and not just a fastball, like "look at the control I have with my mid-eighties junk ball". Funny stuff. I'm smart enough to get my lead foot out of the box when calling time, or I'll get all the way out of the box to prevent something like that.
