Lower back is very sore today. Think I'm going to take good mornings out of the arsenal and do rack pulls instead.
Squats (alternated between front squats and back squats)
Bar x 12 (wu)
Back 135x10 (4 second pause)

Leg press/SS standing calf raises

140x10/120x10 1 min rest (took it easy on the hams; first time w/leg curls since straining them)

Today was the last day of my Fat Smack bottle (I took a third pill on some days later in the afternoon) Great supplement and I'll post a final review on it in a bit.

There are jobs here, and a ton of them at that. There's so much money in this area. I could see myself retiring and starting a new career here for that reason. There's always good with the bad, but I'd say this place is mostly good. If you haven't been up here, June-August is the time to visit. Catch a Mariner game, ride the big wheel, hop on a ferry and go get some pizza at Pegasus on Alki beach.

Three miles complete. Integrated some sprints at the 1.5 mile mark, and walking lunges at the end (50 meters worth on an incline). Good times.

Felt really strong this morning and the pump was ridiculous. Felt like my traps were gonna explode. That Max Pump is some gooooood stuff.
