Damn, that stuff is GOOD! I was gonna wait til tomorrow and have my first serving intra-workout, but wouldn't it be horrible to try a supplement that tasted horrible while you were working out, and not having something to replace it with? Yeah, that's what I used as my excuse for cracking the seal early, don't judge me.
I mixed one scoop with 8 oz cold water. Jar says between 6-12 and I don't have a 9 oz mark on there so I just went with 8. I'll stick to that.
Can't wait to drink it again. That is all.

Easy back day this morning. Like I said, nothing exciting this week. Sort of a deload, I guess. Not that I needed it, but I have to save up some gusto for Friday morning.
In related news, if you like Jolly Ranchers, I got something for you. It's called Finaflex Apple Fusion BCAA/SAA. This stuff is delicious. It mixes very well and dissolves very quickly. I haven't had enough time to judge recovery, but if it works like it tastes, happiness is sure to come.

Well, I intended on going easy this morning and just doing some LISS while watching YouTube videos but that didn't work out so well. When I got to the gym, I decided shoulders was a better idea since tomorrow will be a day of rest.
OH DB press (stayed light, focused on contraction)
DB shrugs (3sec pause at peak)
Reverse cable flyes (hands starting high, finishing low; great burn in rear delts)
3x12 weight unknown
Upright DB rows (3sec pause at peak)
Kept all rest periods to 1min. Good workout, especially for such light weights.
1 serving fat smack
1 serving muscle marinade
Apple fusion BCAA/SAA
Fat Smack is doing good things. I'm continuing to lean out, as planned, and appetite suppression is much better than it was in the beginning. I'm still eating, but don't feel the need to like I would without it.
Muscle Marinade is good. Real good.
Apple Fusion is one of, if not THE best supplement(s) I have ever tasted. It tastes like an apple jolly rancher, minus a little bit of the sour. It literally tastes like candy. I'll be better able to judge recovery next week when I get back to normal weight.

So, I have a torn hammy. Not torn so bad that I need crutches, but torn bad enough to where I have a good size bruise on the back of my left leg. Great, just what I need at this point in my life. Guess I'll just give up and get fat again.

I'm able to put pressure down, but resistance in the form of curls is quite uncomfortable. It's somewhere between grades 1&2. I can run, but can't sprint. It's only one of the three muscles (biceps femoris) so the amount I'm limited has yet to be determined. I turned my 2 mile this morning in 13:09 so I'm not doing too bad.

Alright, so I took my pt test this morning and maxed all three events, sh*tty hammy and all. I've decided not to give up on being shredded. As mentioned before, I turned my two-mile in 13:09, so things aren't all that bad. I could have done it faster, but it took a little time to loosen up in the beginning of the run. I normally run low to mid-twelves. Oh well.

I enjoyed my weekend, hope everyone else did, as well. Back to the grind and back to normal operations in the gym. No more going light. The next month will be pretty strict for me, and I don't intend to cheat, not even on the weekends. That being said, this mornings weight was 189.75, and I had a weekend that was not good for dieting.

Decline Machine press (weight is each side)

Short session but did the trick. Good pump this morning.
