I haven't had a vacation in over 5 years and within that time I started getting serious with the gym and within the last year I have been committed to going every day. I have been down in Florida for almost a week now and I took the mindset of I'm going to go into my vacation not worry about the gym or my diet.
Since I have been down here I have been doing basic things such as push ups, mild stretching, and light running. Today my legs are in tremendous pain and feel cramped up and like I'm having muscle spasms. Has this happened to anyone in the past? Recommendations on how to relieve the pain? And what would exactly cause the pain, is it due to my muscles starting to tighten up?
