Hi there, new to the forum. Thought some of you may get a kick out of how skinny I was (69kg). I'm currently training like a demon on a heavy bulk with a heavy clean diet and getting serious results (2kg a week)
these pics aren't very recent, but either way here's a little bit of my story. Feedback is appreciated.
I'm now far thicker, more vascular and have increased definition and strength. More pics will be coming if wanted.
I've got close friends (competitors) now threw body dynamix, and threw ANB, and INBA and I've learnt a great deal on nutrition, supplementation, workouts and targeting muscles groups etc.
