    Hi there, new to the forum. Thought some of you may get a kick out of how skinny I was (69kg). I'm currently training like a demon on a heavy bulk with a heavy clean diet and getting serious results (2kg a week)

    these pics aren't very recent, but either way here's a little bit of my story. Feedback is appreciated.

    I'm now far thicker, more vascular and have increased definition and strength. More pics will be coming if wanted.

    I've got close friends (competitors) now threw body dynamix, and threw ANB, and INBA and I've learnt a great deal on nutrition, supplementation, workouts and targeting muscles groups etc.

    Yeah 1-3 month on the juicy juice . congrats on the weight gain but everyone on here knows either u jut got done pumpin some SD or that was like a years worth of oh gains.

    Who cares what means he used, he made great gains. Even if "on the juicy juice" as you say, which neither you or I know because he did not say so,he still had to work hard to make those gains.

    Excuse me!! I have done no such thing and cheated in no way at all

    I was so under size due to an infection in my body that was stealing my growth and energy. I didn't eat anything besides fruit and has never been on a proper diet and worked out.

    People on here mustn't "know there ****" cause I'm as straight down the line as they come! So to call me a cheater and say I jabbing is not just insulting to all my hard work but Completely in accurate

    You dont look like your on anything im saying your gains in 3 months are unheard of so it must have taken you about a year to do that not 3 months. Naturally in lean muscle mass someone can only gain 5-7 pounds of muscle. Its science, not just weight but in muscle. Im in school for micro biology of the human body and have a masters in ex physiology. I know how long it takes, ive been bodybuilding for 16 years.

    Take it as a compliment man....If someone thinks you used juice and you didn't...what higher compliment can you get?

    This happened to me recently...I was away with the gf's family and some of their friends asked her parents if i use juice behind my back. (My gf's mom told me later). I took it as a huge compliment.

    Good work on the gains. Keep it up. I wish i had known how to train properly when i first started lifting to make use of the 'newbie gains'.

    Don't sweat it OP. Your gains are great but not superhuman. Keep it up! One day pretty much everyone will think you're juicing. Get used to it.

    I hate whn people just try to argue on ere I'm done with this thread it's not worth it , I have the kid an indirect complement and said his gains were nice, I just said to be more honest this how long it took be aide people know what realistic and what's not , if people wanna make a big deal out of what I said and can't take a little sarcasm then my apologies. great gains kid, I recommend sus 250. now maybe people will get off my back haha god damn.

    Congrats on your gains, keep it up. IMO Cycling is not "cheating"...you still have to put in the work. That said, I don't see the point for anyone to cycle when they are just beginning this long journey.

    If you say you are natural, congrats it looks like you are doing things right diet and workout wise. Remember to set short and long term goals and keep yourself motivated, that's the key to this lifestyle...to always stay hungry for more, and to always be willing to learn and take advice from more experienced fellas.
