Well everyone the blizzard of 2013 is upon us and Connecticut is getting slammed with snow. Of course my gym is closed and I don't feel like skipping a workout tonight and I don't have any weights in my house What are some of your favorite workouts without using weights?
Declined push-ups off of a bed?
Dips using counter tops?
Jerking it....lol jk....or am I?
Feel free to offer a weightless workout for me to try tonight, and make sure it gets me as sore as possible.
