Back pumps during t-bar rows and bent over rows???

Been getting them real bad in my middle and lower back during t-bar rows especially, but occasionally on bent-over rows. They go away after a couple of minutes but I think it's detrimental to my gains. Is this true? Anyone else get them? I even lighten up the weight and I still get them occasionally. They just are really inconvenient and annoying more than the pain itself
"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, an hour or a day, or even a year. If I quit however, it will last forever"
