Been hyped up on this HIIT for a few weeks now. My gym days consist of an hour weights, 15 mins stair master than 1-2 hours of basketball. Is this going to impact my games/lead to catabolism too easily? I'm incorporating adding carbs immediately after weights, along with my protein and other supps. Calorie intake increased as well. Am I doing too much while trying to bulk? Any advice?
The basketball by the way is usually small sided, half-court games. Man to man so i'd put it as high-intensity.
