    TNT diet, no carb weight loss?


    Hello guys, just wondering if any body as tried

    The TNT diet plan, no carbs with high reps low rest for weight loss?

    If so what's your take on these kind of plans..?

    Not a huge fan of high reps low rest workout plans personally, I think one has more to benefit, even on the weight loss category, by lifting heavy and increasing lean body mass, while preserving muscle.

    I would focus on restringing your caloric intake and lifting heavy, that should lead to weight loss along with some cardio.

    Not sure about the TNT diet, but med to low carbs, along with high reps and little rest in between set's worked wonders for me. The high reps with short rest period's is like getting in an extra cardio session. Will have to look up TNT diet.....
