Hoping someone reading can help a girl out!
I'm finding myself a little bored with what I've been doing lately and am looking to incorporate something new. My goal is to lose body fat (about 20 lbs) and I will be keeping track of my calories as well. The only caveat is that I cannot do back/front squats beyond parallel due to an injury that occurred this past summer. I also work out at home so it's all pretty basic stuff!
This is my current routine and I rotate it every week (ABA, BAB):
Reverse Grip BBR 3x10
DB Floor Press 3x10
DB Floor Fly 3x10
Skull Crushers 3x10
DB Lateral Raise (Drop set)
Overhead Press 3x5
DB Step Ups 3x10
Single Legged Box Squats or BB Calf Raises

A One-Arm Swing 3 5 each*
B Threaded Lunge 3 5 each*
C SLRDL + Row 3 5 each*
D Strict Press 3 5 each*
I was thinking of using the complexes 2x week and still rotating in workouts A and B every week. Cardio will be done in the mornings and/or off days. And will throw in some glute activation exercises in for good measure.
Monday - Complexes
Wednesday - Workout A or B
Friday - Complexes
