separation" between the bicept and the anterior & lateral deltoid

    Hi,
which exercise should I go for to get in my arms a strong "separation" between the bicept and the anterior & lateral deltoid?

    Thanks and cheers!

There isn't a specific exercise that will create this separation. It's built over years of consistent training.

What he said. But also, once you have a solid base. I find laying on my side, on a 45 degree incline bench, and doing side dumbbell laterals one arm at a time (obviously) really brings out that lower curve in the side delt youre reffering to. Works for me at least. But as i and he said. You can only sculpt pre existing muscle. Build first. Sculpt later.

There is no such thing as creating separations in muscles.you build it through training.get your diet in check and lose that body fat to reveal your muscles and the striations and separations that you have.everything is there.you just need a thinner layer of fat to reveal it.
