What are the best exercises for all-over bulking?
I imagine they will be using barbell or smith machine?
Workouts/Routines or singular exercises.
I want to bulk ALL OVER.
Cheers
Adam

Lift heavy. Deads squats bench.
Your intake of calories will be important as well.

Lift the fücking weight from the floor, or leave it on the ground. The thoughts are supposed to be daunting. The pain is meant to be tormenting.

Be sure to include proper warmup/don't neglect functional training and mobility training bc the heavier u go and Stronger u get, u run the risk of weakening ligaments and cartilage, joint strength (can't keep up with muscle strength) so be sure to add some higher rep body weight stuff to keep everything balanced

Excellent. All those replies are what I want to here. Cheers lads
Add standing overhead press to the above. And since you will be doing a lot of heavy pressing, make sure to do plenty of pulling to balnce it out. Heavy rows are great, and I add facepulls to every workout that has pressing.
Also, use barbells and not the smith machine.

The more stress you put your WHOLE body under the faster you will grow hence the compound lifts. Don't be a bitch... Get those extra reps in workout HARD. don't be one if those dudes who stands around not sweating and talking to everyone.
The bar called you a *****. Are you going to let it talk to you like that?

Has anyone got a Bulking Program available?
Just information on the weekly split and what exercises on each day etc.
I understand that its going to be compound lifts so I imagine you could work a few muscle groups in the same workout.
You can absolutely work multiple groups one body part a day splits are for bodybuilders with tons of mass already.Originally Posted by adamldavis
There are some different templates a few off hand are: west side barbell for skinny bastards (not calling you skinny), 5/3/1, fst or something lie that, maybe hst...?
I haven't tried any of those just some I've heard of. I do DC training you have to have been lifting for at least 2 - 3 years before embarking upon that journey though. I don't recall your stats.
