    bcaas and yohimbine

So ppl who take a yohimbine product pre workout to help mobilise stubborn fat but some also take BCAAs during a fasted state.

How does one person take a yoh product pre but also use aminos for endurance benefits but also get the stubborn fat mobilisation happening?

In reality I do not think they interfere with one another. If you really are worried about it just keep the Leucine intake around 60-120 minutes pre-workout to help with mTOR pathways and have your Yohimbine around 20-30 mins pre-workout along with caffeine...

Again I wouldn't think they interfere with one another at all.

the only interference i could see is the stimulants will cause your body to deaminate the aminos for energy. the whole point of aminos is to counteract catabolism. so id say take them intra workout when cortisol starts peaking.

i could be blowing smoke out my ass though, so definately get more opinions

If you take the BCAA's during exercise you shouldn't get much if any of an insulin response. The BCAA's, on top of providing energy, blunt the catabolism of plasma albumin, and the resultant rise in blood tryptophan.

In my opinion, oral Y HCl is a terrible supplement. Too many side effects, especially before exercise. It is not your typical beta action stimulant. If you are using it for fat loss purposes you are much better off using it in a topical cream. Genomyx makes a good one.

Genomyx doesn't have a topical anymore the formula's left with its owner. You might mean Southland Performance Products Eviscerate though.
