Crooked incline bench press
Have noticed my incline barbell and flat press are uneven. My left arm is higher up/back, and the movement looks bad. I am concerned it may be affecting proper stimulation of fibers. I've been foam rolling, and even pressing tight spots in my back into hard surfaces to break up the trigger points. I pressed too hard into a trigger point in my erector and now my back feels injured on that side.... What else can I do? Going to chiropractor this week

stretch and bump weight down for a bit. Pinch lats back and stick chest out when pressing
