PHAT has a power aspect but is more geared towards hypertrophy. For strength I recommend Wendlers 5/3/1 or WS4SB, neither of them will be much good if you don't stick with them though.

I'm using it now. I wated both strength gains but to also be able to use your normal bodybuilding routine. You gotta get used the volume, but I like high volume training. Tailor it to your needs, it's just a template. http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html I use that to calculate my %'s easily for whatever the days routine calls for

I was running a log of it but I fckin deleted the thread by accident instead of anther one I was trying to delete..oh well

I've had good strength gains from it..got my squat up to 465x2

only been a few weeks though, but lemme knowing u have any questions

I agree with him..if you want pure strength then hit those routines up..phat just gives you a taste of both worlds, but its still a bodybuilding split..

Worked very well on a cut over the summer for me. Does not work well when I am bulking with food.

I have been following it for 6 weeks now and I have seen good results as far as compound lifts going up and adding size. I prefer phat training over 5/3/1.
