ok just got back from the gym..and im pissed..attempeted to squat today and my knee is screwed.i have a torn miniscus(sp?) well it decicded to remind me it was there today hasnt bothered me in the least in months.so i stripped soem weight off the bar and still hurts went to a leg press..hurt.this really sucks.im alreadying running quick fixes through my head but i dont think there are any..only thing i think may help is maybe mohn or scoping..which isnt a alt as i jsut started anew job.any suggestions?
