I'm on a cut and my workouts consist of compound lifts (squat, deads, bench, barbell rows, etc) 3x/week. I'm wondering if adding supersets of 3-4 exercises at the end of my workout will help deplete glycogen in the same fashion as a 30 minute LISS cardio session. Am I supposed to be lifting 'heavy' on supersets as well? Or is it unnecessary in my situation?
