    Need workout routine help.


    I have been doing a variation of DC over the summer and I am wanting to change to "bulking" type workout going in to fall/winter but Aug in to Sept is my busiest time at work. I need a 2 to maybe 3 day a week routine for a lean bulk that I will do for the next 1.5 months. Was thinking about 5x5 type but was not sure. So what do you got? After a month and a half I will be able to w/o after work on a normal schedule.

    5/3/1... buy the book.. read it, read it again.. That is it, you will see results. Remember diet means alot!!

    5x5 can be good, if not there is always 5/3/1 for the 3 day a week option , this macrocycle actually lasts 6 weeks so almost 1.5 months, could buy the book..cheap as hell...do your numbers and BOOM.
