I was just wondering about the differences in training styles and splits for the two. I've noticed physique competitors have small legs and have tinyyyyy waistlines but huge shoulders. Just wondering what the difference is? It looks weird to me to be so wide up top but so small in the waist....and to not train legs.


Anyone care to chime in on the differences in training to end up looking like that? To me a combination of both, is the best of both worlds...Kinda like thinner version of Arnold.
