    New bodybuilding routine

I have been doing a 3 day split for a while and feel like I need to change. What is the best routine you guys have tried for gaining the most muscle? Primarily upper body

getting stronger (progressive overload) every month or week. it really doesnt matter what split man, your type of split is dependent on your current recovery level and schedule. Try not to get program ocd and start over anylizing what is very simple.
