Injure my right hammy doing straight leg deads two weeks ago. Has not healed. Experiencing tightness, reduced flexibility, and pain behind knee. Still able to run, sprint, incline walk, regular deadlift, leg curl, etc.. But the pain is constant and I am NEVER tight in hams.. Very flexible and always stretch daily ... Any thoughts/tips to get this thing healed up?
