sup everyone, just updating my youtube workout log channel. filmed my squat sets on leg day, warmed up with 135,225, and went to 315,335,355,365 for 3 reps. i worked on form here too.

heres a vid of my 385 for 4 reps, however i feel my form in my workout today is MUCH MUCH better, just wanted to share that too so you all can see a difference (hopefully if there is one haha)
