Most of the symptoms seem like tennis elbow. Hurts like hell during a hammer curl or curl... Even unloaded when I make the motion it's a solid 'click' or clunk with some pain. I can feel it rolling? Maybe? If I push my finger on it.

I really don't want this to slow me down, I CAN work past it but it sucks. Anything I can do short of stopping training? Cortisone? Ideas?
