    I've been doing my ab routine for some time now, and it has come to the point where I don't feel the routine working. I have tried making it more intense but nothing. If anyone can share with me some challenging ab exercises it will be much appreciated. (mainly ones to target lower abs and v-cut please)


  2. Full hanging leg raises

  3. Flat bench lying leg raises work awesome for lower abs, but make sure you do it where your ass is off of the bench and keep your legs straight, always keeping tension on your core. You can add weight too with just holding a dumbbell in between your feet.
