Okay in a few weeks ill be coming off a PH and am wondering what is the best thing i can do...(certain programs, rep range, or anything else) to help myself to keep ghaining naturally
Look up deloading
Check out PC1's advice - strength post ph cycle
I personally would reduce your training to a point at which you can recover. Without getting to tired or drained, while being able to try and keep as much strength as possible. But still make sure your training hard enough so you can still provide enough stimulus to keep as much gains as possible from your cycle, Its up to you then to read your body and find that sweet spot.
ill look at both of those things i know and have always decreased my weights but was just seeing if anyone knew of a better way to maintain more of the strength
