    Decline Press

Does anyone do declines???? I only do them once in a while.. When I do them it feels kinda odd, and I cannot really do as much weight either. I was going to try to start doing them again. Any suggestions on this routine

    BB Incline Press
    DB flat Press
    BB Decline PRess
Either Decline fly's or cable crossover
    3-4 sets per 8-10 reps

You should be able to do much more on decline than on flat bench. Check your form.

Far superior exercise than the decline bench IMO.

I've often seen weighted dips referee to as "the squat for your upper body"

Plus let's be honest it looks bad ass.

I haven't tried weighted dips yet, but I use the Hammer decline machine. I get a very nice pump from this exercise.
