    Bent over smith rows!


    I tried these for my workout and i really seemed to like them... I have been doing regular bent over bb rows for a while and felt like i needed to change up angle. The smith machine actually is slanted on an angle. not sure what angle. Felt it more in lower lats

    Yeah I like these too. Seems to isolate a lot better for me.
