Getting back to business after 8 months since i ruptured my achilles. Before I got hurt playing basketball in March I just finished bulking and was beginning to cut up. I weighed 175 at the time of my injury and was lifting as such:

Mondays

Weighted Dips: BW+155 3 sets of 5
ATG squats: 265 3 sets of 5
Rack Pulls: 315 3 sets of 5
Weighted Chin Ups: BW+ 90 3 sets of 5

Wednesdays

Military Press: 135 4 sets of 6
Romanian Deadlifts: 260 3 sets of 8
Wide Grip Weighted Pull Ups: 70 3 sets of 5

Fridays

Front Squat: 215 5 sets of 5
Good Mornings: 165 4 sets of 6
Bench Press: 225 3 sets of 8


I will be logging on here what my new numbers are for the next month. Hopefully i get some good feedback
