Pure Genius!! Using the power rack for military/overhead press. I love doing them in the power rack because you dont need to rack the weight just rest the weight on the safty br. The power rack overhead press is also great because you can do negatives with no spotter. I just set the safety bars just under my chin, and set the hooks to hold the olympic bar about two feet above the safety bars, then just sat down unracked and slowly try to press just over my max, the bar slowly dropped and rested on the safety bars
