I am on my second cycle of clen (thanks Custom!), and I am starting it 2 weeks into my m1,4add/m5aa cycle. I am trying to drop some fat before I go in for ankle reconstruction surgery in 2 weeks, since that will kill me doing ANY cardio of any type for at least 2-3 weeks.
I have the dosing/diet/workouts down, but I am curious what is the best TYPE of cardio to do while on clen. I do my cardio first thing in the AM, then weight train in the PM. Would ~45 minutes of low intensity cardio be the best, ~20 minutes of HIIT, or a combo of both-~20 HIIT, 15-20 low intensity. I am aiming for the most efficient way of buring while maintaining some muscle mass.
