I have been on a 5 day workout program hitting all body parts once a week.
legs monday chest tuesday rest wed back thursday shoulders friday and arms saturday, but i want to change up my workout to compounds

I want to find the best workout program for doing two body parts a day and hitting with all twice a week

Mon: Chest/Tri
Tuesday: Back/Biceps?
Wed: Legs and Shoulders?
Thursday rest
Friday: Chest/Tri
Saturday: Back/Bi
Sunday: Legs/Shoulders


would this be alright or would it be too much?
I just got a bottle of Pink Magic and i want to find the best workout program to maximize results
