Working out multiple muscles at a time

My current workout schedule is

Tuesday - Arms, Shoulders
Thursday - Back, Traps, Forearms
Saturday - Chest, Tri, Legs

My question is when working out one muscle (EX: Back), you workout another muscle as well (EX: shoulders).
Never to point when the secondary muscle is sore the next day, but you def feel the pump. When the secondary muscle's day
comes up would you work it out hard like usual or ease up a little bit knowing that its still in the healing process.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I wouldn't recommend doing chest and legs on the same day..
If you have 3 days to work with, there is nothing wrong with a Push/Leg/Pull split.
