    Need Help with a new routine


    So I've been trying to switch up my routine, but have not found one that works for me yet. I want to do a 4-5 day a week workout, and want it to be for increasing size. I have done the 5x5 program and that has worked wonders for me, but kind of stuck on gains from that. Any and all suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

    Review the article for principles on how you should structure a training programme for mass. The article also contains a sample training programme for an ADVANCED trainee[/url] which you might want to check out. Otherwise, as it states, any high intensity, high volume training programme will work for mass gains - so long as you are !
