For about 3 weeks I was stuck at a weight and rep #, and right around the same time I started doing lunges with a 45pd plate in each hand.....then I popped something squatting (theres a thread about it) and then when I got back to squatting I'm down about 20 pounds...so just trying to figure it out, but thats all I can come up with, was that lunges took something outa me.....make sense?
