    Running And Feeling Soft

Was wandering why my muscles feel soft after running. I lose vascularity. The days I lift weights or rest days I feel solid and very vascular. I eat really good with plenty of protein and complex carbs.

Im not completely sure but i assume its because of the intensity which will deplete glycogen, thus leaving you feel soft or looking flat.

This seems like the most plausible explanation.
