Torn bicep, front deltiod and pec

Recently I tore my bicep, front deltiod and pec on the left side. I bruised pretty bad but it is mostly gone now. I didn't go to the doctor. I still have a little pain. How long should I wait until I begin working out again. What will help me heal other than protein? I have never torn anything before so any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

at least go to the doctor to get some pain meds

^^but that wont help heal anything. maybe a GH supp to help things along. if you wont get checked out, just go light and slow and stop when it hurts
