  1. Lifts to strengthen Abs

    Hey everybody I'm looking for some lifts or other exercises that add muscle and build strength, I'm doing weighted sit ups and I know of a lot more but I just want to hear some advice and opinions.

    I'm not looking for spot reduction(it doesn't exist) but I want to maybe see what people have to say about packing on muscle for their abs.


  2. They're just like any other muscle group. Hit them about once a week to increase size. Situps, Obliques, Floor Wipers, Hanging Leg Lifts, etc. etc.

    Total body movements; squats, deads, cleans, are also going to work your core.

  3. day you do squat and deads i do decline crunches and obliques. Days i do bench and assistance work i do a standard over head crunch machine worku up to some heavy challenging sets that it.
