I need some opinions on different workouts for different body types. I would like to know what your body type is and what workout routine you do to bulk, get your strength up, get ripped up, and lose weight. Trying to educate myself a little more before I get knee deep in this personal training thing. I know everyone is different and if I throw everyone on my usual routine they may not get results.
