a few of my roomates take sugar water before going to the gym. i know one of them is on a gh cycle . does this help a natural bodybuilder at all? ive been trying to google this and have only come up with diet tips and other nonsense.
also i was in the gym today and i have friends who do light, medium, heavy cycle weeks. is there a program that incorporates light heavy and medium weight each day? is this a good idea?
