I recently got a 60lb heavy bag and put it up in my basement. I have been beating the crap out of that thing 2 or 3 xs a week. I usually go non stop punching for 2 minutes, and then take a break for 1 minute. working my way up to 3 minute rounds eventually. Just wondering if anybody else works on the heavy bag, and if they have an workouts, or want to share in their achievements.
