Actually, I think it's a great idea. Tell you what bro. Make it $50 and I will PM you a plan that's guaranteed to add on 30lbs of rock solid lean mass in 45 days.
For an extra $25, I'll throw in my diet plan.

1 pound a week for 3 months? guaranteed you'll gain fat on a bulking plan like that. you need to decide, do you want to gain weight or not. cant do both.

Look at his post and reread how it's written. He's talking about AAS

$20 won't buy you much in the way of gears!
10-29-2009, 07:34 AM
Not to purchase dodo! For a plan which I assumed was the 50 dollar cost. Since it seems i was wrong I guess I should reread your post :P

I thought you meant his post was a source request! Nah, I can't be shipping gears across the pacific.

Like you'd ship and not stock lol

Considering the plethora of information at your fingertips on this site alone, i'd have to completely agree. I should of taken the 20 and just emailed him the link to the nutrition section.

Take superdrol+tren+halodrol for 3 months straight while eating about 5k calories and 2g protein per lb of bodyweight. Your liver wont work anymore but its an evil organ anyway and you will gain 20 lbs in 3 months easy!!
*joking, your liver is good!*

Disclaimer: 15 of the 20 pound gain will be from the liver enlargement

Don't mail anyone money for what you can have for free. Just do a lot of reading and you'll eventually pick up on all this stuff and be able to make your own workout and diet plans. It's fairly simple stuff to learn; everything is based on principles. Once you learn the basic principles, you're good to go. Just use the search function and the internet to learn. Check out article databases and whatnot.
The best thing to do is to tailor a workout and diet plan that is right for YOU, but you have to learn how to do that best. Learn from the ground up.
I know that's really general information, but it's the truth. Start reading some articles about what you want to know, and when you start learning about something you don't know about, research the hell out of it using databases and Google. It's work, but it should be fun too, and if you want to know this stuff, that's the way to do it. Trust me, you can get a degree's worth of exercise science information on the internet for free if you look for it.
