Actually, I think it's a great idea. Tell you what bro. Make it $50 and I will PM you a plan that's guaranteed to add on 30lbs of rock solid lean mass in 45 days.

For an extra $25, I'll throw in my diet plan.

    GICH!

that may be the only way to gain that much lean that quick...but if you dont even know HOW to gain (ie. asking for diet/training advice) not on gear, he has no hope of gaining that much on gear let alone keeping it post.

Considering the plethora of information at your fingertips on this site alone, i'd have to completely agree. I should of taken the 20 and just emailed him the link to the nutrition section.

Yep. Easy come, easy go with Gears.

Unless you're bridging your cycles with test, you WILL lose most of your size and strength as the months roll by. Doesnt matter how much you eat or train. Word to Roids' mom!

Take superdrol+tren+halodrol for 3 months straight while eating about 5k calories and 2g protein per lb of bodyweight. Your liver wont work anymore but its an evil organ anyway and you will gain 20 lbs in 3 months easy!!

    *joking, your liver is good!*

Don't mail anyone money for what you can have for free. Just do a lot of reading and you'll eventually pick up on all this stuff and be able to make your own workout and diet plans. It's fairly simple stuff to learn; everything is based on principles. Once you learn the basic principles, you're good to go. Just use the search function and the internet to learn. Check out article databases and whatnot.

The best thing to do is to tailor a workout and diet plan that is right for YOU, but you have to learn how to do that best. Learn from the ground up.

I know that's really general information, but it's the truth. Start reading some articles about what you want to know, and when you start learning about something you don't know about, research the hell out of it using databases and Google. It's work, but it should be fun too, and if you want to know this stuff, that's the way to do it. Trust me, you can get a degree's worth of exercise science information on the internet for free if you look for it.

    Peace

i'll take your advice and just spend my money towards some supplements, for building 40% strength/60% hypertrophy..what would you say is a good set and rep range for a multi-joint and single joint exercise??

for example: pretend i bench 100lbs LMAO jk (max)-multi-joint
and i barbell curl 100lbs max (max)-single joint

what would my sets and reps be for these exercise weights?

Why not just do your own research? That way you will gain the knowledge and experience and find out what actually works for you.

why not pick your own stocks instead of going through a broker? youll gain knowledge through alot of failure and find out what works for you.

Lifting weights isn't like buying stocks. Anyone can buy a stock, if it does well that person makes money. If you understand the principles you can do it yourself and gain experience along the way. I like that quote but sometimes making a mistake is the best way to learn.

If he wants to give somebody money for a "miracle" program then that's his choice.
