  21. Don't mail anyone money for what you can have for free. Just do a lot of reading and you'll eventually pick up on all this stuff and be able to make your own workout and diet plans. It's fairly simple stuff to learn; everything is based on principles. Once you learn the basic principles, you're good to go. Just use the search function and the internet to learn. Check out article databases and whatnot.

    The best thing to do is to tailor a workout and diet plan that is right for YOU, but you have to learn how to do that best. Learn from the ground up.

    I know that's really general information, but it's the truth. Start reading some articles about what you want to know, and when you start learning about something you don't know about, research the hell out of it using databases and Google. It's work, but it should be fun too, and if you want to know this stuff, that's the way to do it. Trust me, you can get a degree's worth of exercise science information on the internet for free if you look for it.

    i'll take your advice and just spend my money towards some supplements, for building 40% strength/60% hypertrophy..what would you say is a good set and rep range for a multi-joint and single joint exercise??

    for example: pretend i bench 100lbs LMAO jk (max)-multi-joint
    and i barbell curl 100lbs max (max)-single joint

    what would my sets and reps be for these exercise weights?

    Lifting weights isn't like buying stocks. Anyone can buy a stock, if it does well that person makes money. If you understand the principles you can do it yourself and gain experience along the way. I like that quote but sometimes making a mistake is the best way to learn.
