I was just wondering what does your training schedule look like?
im trying to fine tune mines but it alway changes, it looks like this
SUN-Core strenght/ some sort of full body exercise
WED-Legs and core strenght
THUR-Back and shoulders
FRI-Full body variation, core strenght
I also do cardio every other day in the morn. I also train mma every other day if not at least 2-3 times a week mostly fri-sat and sometimes WED.
can you guys help me out to see if its alright or i need to switch some stuff up
