I'm always looking for new ways to abuse my tri's can anyone give me some ideas.

cable pullovers or if u can get the cable station in the right place and the gym incline cable pulls...

standing barbell tricep extentions = will equal big arms.

I like skull crushers x4 or to failure... then hit the cable pull downs x4, cable reverse pull downsx4, Dip station x4 and end it with over head extension x4 or to failure. I started doing pushups and chin ups before each workout.

tricep = three heads. my favorite used to be:
CG bench
weighted dips
reverse grip tri pulldowns

now i just use the dip machine, and vary my grip between the three.

This i by far the best way to put mass on tris. Close grip heavey and weighted dips are awsome for mass....follow this up with pushdowns or skulls

I like to do dips using two benches. Legs on one bench and arms on the other. Have someone place one or two plates on your lap, pause at the bottom of the rep and contract the muscle at the top. This was the only exercise that helped my triceps.

reverse grip bench press work great for me. Try pre-exhausting as well. Do a set of dumbell chest flies and then go straight to a bench press or dips.
