By looking at the title I would guess not.

Alright, "excess protein" is the key there obviously. Misleading title. This really doesn't answer a whole lot of anything; the tricky part is when does "optimal" become "excess".

The title makes sense. Food doesn't CAUSE muscle growth. Food aids muscle growth but food alone will not cause muscles to grow.

It goes along with everything I've ever been taught in my Exercise Science diplomas/degrees so i'm gonna say he does know what he's talking about.

The video is basic info. But it is geared towards a sedentary person who doesn't exercise at all. He says just eating excess food won't build muscle and get you into shape. You have to stress your muscles and give them a reason to change. This is called working out. He is pretty elementary about it. He does say protein will help build muscles but you have to work them out.

PS: Who do I see to refund me my 2 minutes I spent watching it?
