    What do you do for a warmup?

    No, I'm jus kiddin',.. I usually do a set or 2 with lighter weights and just progress into it!
    Think training's hard,. try losing!

  3. I also usually just do two lighter sets, about 12 reps, just to get comfortable and get ROM down.

  4. 10 minutes elliptical (the cardio warm-up is horribly overlooked) then onto lighter sets. I do 2-3 warm-up sets within the 6-8 rep range and lower them as I increase the weight. On every subsequent lift, I do a feel set to establish the M-M connection.

  5. Depends on the day. I like doing some rotator cuff work on my pressing days as well as push ups/dips/standing shoulder presses. I always have a sweat worked up before my first work set. That's especially true on leg day. My warm up usually takes 10-15 minutes on those days.
