  2. I used to be 242 with a 42" waist...in the more recent pic I was 218@ ~14% Sorry the pic isnt bigger...thats the best I got while Im here at work...

    I see a little ab definition. Everyone's fat distribution differs, but my guess would have been more like 11-12% BF. Good job
